WHY I LIKE IT: Located in the heart of the Ghost Town, Starlight Theatre offers a large menu featuring Wild Boar Strips with Terlingua Gold Beer Gravy, Rib Eyes, Tequila Marinated Quail, Award-Winning Terlingua Chili, and more. There’s also a full bar, and live music most nights of the week. A favorite with locals and tourists. Food is served from 5pm until 10pm, and the bar is open until midnight (1 am on Saturdays).

DON’T MISS THE: Porch. “Nothing really happens on the porch. That’s the way we like it. People come. They don’t do much. Sit. Talk. Sip a beer. Maybe sing. Watch the sunset. Then have dinner at the Starlight!”
