Dining at Asador Etxebarri has been on my bucketlist for YEARS. Quite possibly the best five hours of my life, or at least the most delicious, and an experience I can’t wait to relive again (if I’m lucky). We chose the tasting menu and added a few dishes, including the baby squid and baby octopus. Incredible.
